Consultancy Center of AMP has created a textbook

The rapid development and modernization of the world dairy industry, combined with the limited capacity of educational and technical institutions of Ukraine to adapt their curricula and provide quality training for dairy farmers, have led to a significant shortage of highly qualified specialists on the dairy farm, which in turn affects the efficiency and competitiveness of the industry. Agricultural companies report a shortage of qualified professionals who have modern technology, innovative approaches and clear algorithms for working on the farm.

To overcome the skills shortage among dairy workers and to improve knowledge and technology transfer to industrial milk production facilities, Consultancy Center of AMP has gathered its many years of experience in the textbook “Best Milk Production Practices: AMP Experience.”

The publication was made possible by the sincere support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) project "Support for Agricultural and Rural Development" ("Agricultural Development").
